戴旻晖，主任护师，硕士生导师，中共党员，中南大学湘雅医院眼科护理学术带头人，国家二级心理咨询师。从事护理临床、管理及教学工作37年。中华护理学会眼科学专业委员会专家库委员，中国老年医学会眼科分会护理委员会委员，湖南省医学会眼科学分会护理学组组长，湖南省中西医结合眼视光专业委员会常委及护理学组组长，湖南省护理学会眼科专业委员会副主任委员，湖南省健康管理学会老年颐养与保健指导专业委员会委员。主持省级课题5项，参与国家自然科学基金1项及省部级课题4项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文30余篇，其中SCI 8篇，获实用新型专利8项，著作：主编副主编各1部、参编6部。

Minhui Dai, Chief Superintendent Nurse, Master's Supervisor, Member of the Communist Party of China, Academic Leader of Ophthalmic Nursing at Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, and National Level 2 Psychological Counselor. She has been engaged in nursing clinical practice, management, and education for 37 years. She serves as an expert member of the Ophthalmic Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, a member of the Nursing Committee of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, Head of the Nursing Group of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Hunan Medical Association, a standing committee member and Head of the Nursing Group of the Hunan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Optometry Professional Committee, Vice Chair of the Ophthalmic Nursing Professional Committee of the Hunan Nursing Association, and a member of the Geriatric Care and Health Guidance Professional Committee of the Hunan Health Management Society. She has led 5 provincial-level research projects, participated in 1 National Natural Science Foundation project and 4 provincial/ministerial-level projects. She has published over 30 papers as first author or corresponding author, including 8 indexed in SCI. She holds 8 utility model patents. She is the lead author of 1 book, co-lead author of 1 book, and contributing author to 6 other publications.
