陈美珠，主任护师，中国老年医学学会眼科分会护理专业委员会委员，华厦眼科医院集团护理质量管理委员会委员，华厦眼科医院集团手术室护理专业委员会副主任委员，厦门大学附属厦门眼科中心屈光科护士长，从事眼科临床护理工作30多年，曾到新加坡全国眼科中心进修1年。擅长眼屈光手术护理及眼科手术室管理工作。

Meizhu Chen, Chief Superintendent Nurse. She serves as a member of the Nursing Professional Committee of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, a member of the Nursing Quality Management Committee of Huaxia Eye Hospital Group, Vice Chair of the Operating Room Nursing Professional Committee of Huaxia Eye Hospital Group, and Head Nurse of the Refractive Surgery Department at Xiamen Eye Center of Xiamen University. With over 30 years of experience in ophthalmic clinical nursing, she pursued advanced studies for one year at the Singapore National Eye Centre. She specializes in refractive surgery nursing and the management of ophthalmic operating rooms.
