陈浩，温州医科大学附属眼视光医院眼科学教授、博导，国家眼视光工程技术研究中心常务副主任。中华医学会眼科学分会专家会员、防盲与流行病学组副组长、眼视光学组委员，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会视觉健康医学分会主任委员。国家科技领军人才、国家教育部创新团队带头人，在眼视光教学、临床及技术创新方面开展了较多工作，主持国家重点研发计划项目（首席科学家）、国家科技支撑计划课题等，作为主要完成人之一获中华医学科技一等奖、浙江省科技进步一等奖、国家教学成果二等奖等、中国生物医学工程学会“黄家驷生物医学工程奖”技术发明奖。

He has made extensive achievements in the teaching, clinical practice and technological innovation of ophthalmology and optometry. He has presided over the National Key R&D Program Project (as Chief Scientist) and the National Science and Technology Support Program Project. As one of the key contributors, he has been awarded the First Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, the First Prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, and the Huang Jiasi Award for Technological Invention from the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering.
