魏来，温州医科大学附属眼视光医院，教授。入选国家海外引才计划（青年项目）以及国家高层次人才特殊支持计划（科技创新领军人才）。在包括Cell, Immunity, Cancer Cell等学术期刊发表论文134篇（通讯作者53篇），总引用近17600次，参与编写专著4部，参与编写国家级临床专家共识/指南9项，申请专利120项，授权30项，获得过共21项国家及地方基金资助。现任中国病理生理学会眼科学专业委员会副主任委员，中国中药协会眼保健中医药技术专委会副主任委员、广东省细胞生物学学会副理事长、中华医学会眼科学分会眼免疫学组委员、中国医师协会眼科分会眼免疫学组委员，以及多个国内、国际基金的评审委员。魏来实验室关注人类疾病中host-microbe的相互作用。利用细胞及分子免疫学、计算生物学方法，结合高通量测序技术和模式动物工具，通过对宏基因组，表观基因组以及代谢组等多种免疫组学研究探索免疫病的病因，诊断和个性化治疗方法。魏来还主导了多个进入中美二/三期临床的创新药物研发。

Lai Wei is a Professor of Ophthalmology and Immunology at Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. He has published 134 academic papers (53 as corresponding author) in journals including Cell, Immunity, and Cancer Cell, with a total citation count of nearly 17,600. He has participated in writing 4 monographs, formulated 9 national-level clinical expert consensus/guidelines, filed 120 patent applications (30 granted), and received 21 national and local research grants in total. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Ophthalmology Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Pathophysiology, Vice Chair of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Technical Committee for Eye Health of the China Association of Chinese Medicine, Vice President of the Guangdong Society for Cell Biology, Member of the Ocular Immunology Group of the Chinese Ophthalmological Society, Member of the Ocular Immunology Group of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, and Reviewer for multiple domestic and international research funds. The Wei Laboratory focuses on host-microbe interactions in human diseases. By integrating cellular and molecular immunology, computational biology, high-throughput sequencing technology, and model organism tools, the laboratory explores the etiology, diagnosis, and personalized treatment of immune diseases through multi-omics research (metagenomics, epigenomics, metabolomics, etc.). He has also led the development of multiple first-in-class drugs that have entered Phase II/III clinical trials in both China and the United States.
