With nearly three decades of experience in optometric clinical practice, teaching, and research, I specialize in the diagnosis and management of pediatric refractive errors, with extensive expertise in myopia control having handled nearly 100,000 cases. My clinical work includes comprehensive contact lens fitting and specialized treatments, particularly in orthokeratology lenses (ortho-k), personalized keratoconus management using rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses, and scleral lens fitting for complex cases. I also hold advanced proficiency in adult refractive error correction, presbyopia management (including accommodative fatigue solutions), progressive addition lenses fitting, and challenging refractive cases involving special ocular pathologies.

As a principal investigator, I have spearheaded over 10 research projects. My academic contributions include serving as lead editor, co-editor, or contributing author for 10+ professional textbooks, complemented by publishing over 40 peer-reviewed articles in specialized ophthalmic literature.
