喻娟，主任护师，硕士，陆军特色医学中心眼科一病区护士长，重庆市护理学会第一届护理理论研究专业委员会副主任委员、重庆市健康促进与健康教育学会眼科护理专业委员会副主任委员、重庆市医学会眼科学分会第八届委员会委员兼秘书、重庆市医药卫生研究会理事、全军眼科专业委员会护理组秘书、重庆市护理学会眼科专业委员会日间护理学组组员兼秘书。同时担任《保健医学研究与实践》杂志审稿专家、《现代医药卫生》杂志青年编委

参与重庆市课题3项、新业务新技术3项，主持新技术新业务3项，获得陆军新技术二级2项，发表学术论文15余篇，参编专著3部。

Juan Yu, Chief Superintendent Nurse, Master’s degree, Head Nurse of Department of Ophthalmology, Daping Hospital, Army Medical University. She serves as Vice Chair of the First Nursing Theory Research Professional Committee of Chongqing Nursing Society, Vice Chair of the Ophthalmic Nursing Professional Committee of Chongqing Society for Health Promotion and Health Education, Member and Secretary of the Eighth Committee of the Ophthalmology Branch of Chongqing Medical Association, Board Director of Chongqing Medical and Health Research Association, Secretary of the Nursing Group of the Military Ophthalmology Professional Committee (PLA), and Member and Secretary of the Day Care Nursing Group of the Ophthalmology Professional Committee of Chongqing Nursing Society. She is also a peer reviewer for the journal Health Medicine Research and Practice and a Youth Editorial Board Member for the journal Modern Medicine and Health.

She has participated in three Chongqing municipal research projects, three new clinical practices and techniques, and has led three new clinical practices and techniques. She has been awarded two Class II new techniques by the Army. She has published over 15 academic papers and contributed as a co-author to three monographs.
