归纯漪，主任护师，副教授，硕士生导师，复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院护理部主任，中华护理学会第二十八届理事会眼科专委会委员兼秘书、上海市护理学会第十三届理事会理事、眼科专委会副主任委员、上海市医院协会第三届护理管理专业委员会委员、中国优生优育协会护理专委会首届常务委员、中国老年医学学会眼科分会第二届委员会护理专业委员、《中国护理管理》、《军事护理》编委。

从事眼耳鼻喉科临床护理及管理20年，擅长五官科专科管理及教学。主持教育部、上海市卫健委、市/区基金会及复旦大学校级科研课题近20项，作为主编/副主编出版专业护理书籍3部，参编20余部。历年来作为第一作者及通讯作者累计发表含SCI在内护理专著近30余篇，曾获评上海市卫生健康系统护理工作者最高荣誉奖（第七届左英护理奖），2024年上海好护士、第七届“上海市优秀护士”，首届上海青年护理人才。

She has been engaged in clinical nursing and management in the otorhinolaryngology (ENT) department for 20 years, specializing in specialized ENT management and teaching. She has led nearly 20 research projects funded by the Ministry of Education, the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, municipal/district foundations, and Fudan University. She has served as chief editor or associate editor for 3 professional nursing books and contributed to over 20 others. Over the years, as the first author and corresponding author, she has published nearly 30 nursing papers, including SCI-indexed articles. She has been honored with the Shanghai Health System's highest nursing award (the 7th Zuo Ying Nursing Award), the 2024 Shanghai Excellent Nurse, the 7th Shanghai Outstanding Nurse and the first Shanghai Young Nursing Talent.
