干海琴，副主任护师,温州医科大学附属眼视光医院护士长，浙江省护理学会智慧护理专业委员会委员。深耕眼科护理及护理信息化领域20余年，在护理管理及护理信息化方面经验丰富。主持多项市厅级课题，发表多篇核心期刊论文，参编专业著作。曾获国家卫健委“改善医疗服务先进典型个人”、温州市先进护理工作者等荣誉。

Haiqin Gan, Associate Chief Nursing Supervisor, Head Nurse of the Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Member of the Smart Nursing Professional Committee of the Nursing Society of Zhejiang Province. She has been deeply engaged in ophthalmic nursing and nursing informatics for over 20 years, with extensive experience in nursing management and nursing informatization. She has led several municipal- and bureau-level research projects, published multiple papers in core journals, and contributed as a co-author to professional monographs. She has received honors such as "Advanced Individual in Improving Medical Services" awarded by the National Health Commission of China and "Advanced Nursing Worker of Wenzhou City".
