秋炳鮮博士（Dr. Byoung-Sun CHU）毕业于韩国大田保健科学大学视光学系，之后在澳大利亚悉尼新南威尔士大学获得硕士学位，并在布里斯班昆士兰理工大学取得博士学位。自2009年以来，他成为美国视光学会（American Academy of Optometry）院士，同时也是国际隐形眼镜教育者协会（International Association of Contact Lens Educators）院士。 他的研究领域包括视觉功能与驾驶、老视隐形眼镜等。目前，他担任韩国大邱加图立大学视光学与视觉科学系教授，并曾在韩国眼镜光学会（Korean Optometric Association）任职多年。他已发表数十篇国际学术论文，指导了众多硕士与博士研究生。 此外，他还是亚太视光理事会（Asia Pacific Council of Optometry）的重要成员，并于2018年在韩国主办了“亚洲角膜与隐形眼镜学术会议”（Asia Cornea and Contact Lens Conference）。同时，他还为多家国内外企业提供专业咨询服务

Dr Byoung-Sun Chu graduated in the department of optometry from Daejeon Health Science College, Korea. He also received his master degree from University of New South Wales, Sydney and gained a PhD degree at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry since 2009 and a Fellow of International Association of Contact Lens Educators. His research experience included visual function and driving, presbyopic contact lenses. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Optometry and Vision Science at the Daegu Catholic University, Korea and served for the Koran Optometric Association for several years. He has published dozens of international papers and has supervised numerous master’s and doctoral graduates. He has been a key member for Asia Pacific Council of Optometry and hosted Asia Cornea and Contact Lens Conference 2018 in Korea. He also provides professional consultation for several global and domestic companies.
