李才锐，博士，教授，研究生导师，毕业于中南大学湘雅医学院，曾先后赴西澳大利亚大学、英国 Frimley Parker 医院担任访问学者，现任云南省滇西中心医院（大理大学第三附属医院、大理州人民医院）院长。

学术任职方面，兼任中国研究型医院协会神经眼科专委会副主任委员、中国医师协会神经眼科专委会委员，同时担任教育部高等学校眼视光医学专业教学指导分委会委员、全国高等学校眼视光学专业教材评审委员会委员、中国志愿者协会眼科学组常务委员、云南省医师协会眼科分会副主任委员，还牵头担任云南省儿童青少年近视防控专家委员会主任委员、国家卫生健康近视防控技术推广组组长。

个人荣获云南省医学领军人才、云南省万人计划 “名医” 称号，2022 年获评中国十大医学人文院管专家。科研教学成果丰硕，累计在 JAMA-Oncology、Lancet Global Health 等国际顶尖医学期刊发表 SCI 论文 22 篇；主持编撰十三五规划英文版《眼科学》教材，斩获 2021 年省级教学成果一等奖。

英文简介

Li Cairui, MD, Professor and postgraduate supervisor. He graduated from Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University. He worked as a visiting scholar at the University of Western Australia and Frimley Park Hospital in the United Kingdom. Currently, he serves as President of Western Yunnan Central Hospital (the Third Affiliated Hospital of Dali University & Dali Prefecture People's Hospital).

In academic positions, he acts as Deputy Chairman of the Neuro-Ophthalmology Committee of Chinese Research Hospital Association and Member of the Neuro-Ophthalmology Committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association. He also holds posts as Member of the Teaching Advisory Sub-Committee for Optometry and Ophthalmology Medicine under the Ministry of Education, Member of the 4th National Textbook Evaluation Committee for Optometry and Ophthalmology Majors of Institutions of Higher Education, Standing Member of the Ophthalmology Group of China Volunteer Service Association, and Deputy Chairman of Yunnan Ophthalmology Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Moreover, he presides over Yunnan Provincial Expert Committee on Children and Adolescent 

Myopia Prevention and Control, and serves as Team Leader of the National Health Commission Technical Promotion Group for Myopia Prevention and Control.

He has been conferred the titles of Yunnan Provincial Leading Medical Talent and Distinguished Physician under Yunnan Ten-Thousand Talents Program, and was named one of China’s Top Ten Humanistic Hospital Management Experts in 2022. He has attained remarkable achievements in scientific research and teaching, having published 22 SCI papers in prestigious international journals such as JAMA Oncology and Lancet Global Health. He compiled the English version of the national 13th Five-Year Plan textbook Ophthalmology, and was awarded the First Prize of Provincial Teaching Achievement Award in 2021.
