陈世豪，主任医师，教授，博士生导师，美国新英格兰视光学院博士，温州医科大学附属眼视光医院屈光手术中心主任，温州医科大学附属眼视光医院台州院区院长兼美国太平洋大学临床客座教授。陈世豪教授的社会任职包括全球角膜交联专家会议组委会中国代表，国际屈光手术协会会员，中国医师协会眼科医师分会屈光手术分委会委员，中国微循环学会眼屈光组常务委员等等。他在国内最早开展角膜交联术治疗膨隆性角膜病变、快速交联治疗圆锥角膜、角膜屈光手术联合预防性交联治疗屈光不正，建立国内首个复杂角膜屈光修复及交联团队，也是目前为全球使用全飞秒设备种类最多的医生。他先后主持及作为主要临床指导者参与国自然基金、国家科技支撑计划、国家攻关项目等多项科研科研项目，完成国内首套具有自主知识产权的准分子激光治疗仪+角膜地形图仪系统的研发、注册、检验及临床试验，并获得CFDA颁发的三类医疗器械注册证书，作为总PI牵头瑞士Ziemer公司全飞秒设备中国注册临床试验和作为唯一PI单位负责德国Schwind公司全飞秒设备中国注册临床试验，他主办国际角膜交联专家会议夏季专场（中国）。

Shihao Chen, Chief Physician, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Doctor of New England College of Optometry, Director of Refractive Surgery Center of Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Director of Taizhou Branch of Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Visiting Clinical Professor of Pacific University, USA. Prof Chen is the Chinese representative of the Organizing Committee of the International CXL Experts’ Meeting, fellow of the ISRS, fellow of the Refractive Surgery Sub-committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association Ophthalmology Doctor Sub-association, Standing Committee Member of the Refraction Group of the Chinese Society of Microcirculation, etc. He was the first person to develop CXL for the treatment of corneal ectasia, rapid crosslinking for keratoconus, and corneal refractive surgery combined with prophylactic CXL in China. He established the first complex corneal refractive repair and crosslinking team in China. He is currently the doctor who has used the largest variety of single femtosecond devices for refractive surgery in the world. He has presided and, as a major clinical director, participated in some projects such as the National Nature Foundation and the National Science and Technology Support Plan and National Research Projects. And he completed the research and clinical trial and registration of the first set of excimer laser therapy instrument with corneal topographic instrument system in China which obtained the registration certificate of Class 3 medical devices issued by CFDA in 2015. He is the leader of PIs of registered clinical trials of single femtosecond devices from Ziemer (Switzerland) in China and the only PI of the registered clinical trials of single femtosecond devices from Schwind (Germany) in China. He has host the Annual International Keratoconus and Crosslinking Experts’ Summer Meeting(China) successfully for several years.
