吴文灿,男,医学博士,主任医师、博士生导师,博士后指导导师,现任温州医科大学副校长。美国Bascom Palmer眼科研究所Fellow,澳大利亚Royal Adelaide Hospital高级访问学者,国际眼-鼻相关微创外科创始人,国家“十三五”、“十四五”重点研发计划首席科学家。致力于视神经损伤修复临床与基础研究20余年:创立眼鼻相关微创外科新交叉学科;首创视神经疾病微创干预治疗体系,完成ETOCD8000例(国际NO.1);提出了残余视神经功能激活新理论,并执笔《我国外伤性视神经病变内镜下经鼻视神经管减压术专家共识》,主著《眼鼻相关微创外科学》(人民卫生出版社);医工融合、临床与基础相互驱动:围绕TON视神经再生修复卡脖子问题,首创仿生态TON大动物模型、开发可定向诱导轴突再生神经微管(十三五成果)、首创视神经鞘内微环境调控与Aptamer靶向治疗关键技术、研制出国际上唯一的三维眼眶手术导航仪与多光谱功能性瞳孔测量仪等;获2023年浙江省科技进步一等奖,20247月成立“全省眼脑神经通路功能重建关键技术重点实验室”,入选“国务院特殊津贴专家”、“浙江省万人计划杰出人才”、“浙江省有突出贡献中青年专家”、“第九届国家卫生健康突出贡献中青年专家”、“浙江省卫生领军人才”、“第五届人民名医”及“浙江省卫生高层次创新人才”等,所领衔的“视神经生物微管开发与应用创新团队”入选2024年度“温州市高水平创新团队(科技类)” 、“精准眼眶微创外科”团队入选2019年度“温州市高水平创新团队(领军型)”,2019年获“APAO Achievement Award”。以首席科学家先后获“十三五”“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目资助,主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省重大研发计划等课题10余项,以第一作者/通讯作者发表论著110余篇,其中被OphthalmologyAm J OphthalmolMol NeurodegenerBr J OphthalmolSCI期刊收录62篇,累积论文总他引次数1066次,平均他引次数 7.25 次。

Wu Wencan, MD, Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor, and Postdoctoral Supervisor。He currently serves as Vice President of Wenzhou Medical University. He is a Fellow of the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute (USA), Senior Visiting Scholar at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (Australia), Founder of International Oculo-Nasal Minimally Invasive Surgery, and Chief Scientist for the National "13th Five-Year" and "14th Five-Year" Key Research and Development Programs.

Dedicated to clinical and basic research on optic nerve injury repair for over 20 years, he established the interdisciplinary field of oculo-nasal minimally invasive surgery. He pioneered a minimally invasive interventional treatment system for optic nerve diseases, completing over 8,000 cases of endoscopic transethmoidal optic canal decompression (ETOCD)—the highest volume globally. He proposed a novel theory on the activation of residual optic nerve function, authored the Expert Consensus on Endoscopic Transnasal Optic Canal Decompression for Traumatic Optic Neuropathy in China, and served as Editor-in-Chief of Oculo-Nasal Minimally Invasive Surgery (People's Medical Publishing House).

Integrating medicine and engineering through mutually driven clinical and basic research, he addressed bottleneck challenges in optic nerve regeneration and repair for traumatic optic neuropathy (TON). His innovations include pioneering a biomimetic large animal model for TON, developing neural microtubes for the directional induction of axonal regeneration (a "13th Five-Year Plan" achievement), establishing key technologies for intra-optic nerve sheath microenvironment regulation and aptamer-targeted therapy, and inventing the world's first 3D orbital surgical navigation system and multispectral functional pupillometer.

He was awarded the First Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2023. In July 2024, he established the Provincial Key Laboratory for Key Technologies in the Functional Reconstruction of Eye-Brain Neural Pathways. His titles and honors include Expert Recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, Outstanding Talent of the Zhejiang Provincial "Ten Thousand Talents Program", Young and Middle-Aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions in Zhejiang Province, 9th National Young and Middle-Aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions to Health, Leading Health Talent of Zhejiang Province, 5th "People's Renowned Doctor", and High-Level Innovative Health Talent of Zhejiang Province.

He leads the "Optic Nerve Biological Microtube Development and Application Innovation Team," recognized as a 2024 Wenzhou High-Level Innovation Team (Scientific and Technological), and the "Precision Minimally Invasive Orbital Surgery" team, recognized as a 2019 Wenzhou High-Level Innovation Team (Leading Category). He received the APAO Achievement Award in 2019.

As Chief Scientist, he secured funding from the National "13th Five-Year" and "14th Five-Year" Key Research and Development Programs. He has served as Principal Investigator for over 10 projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Zhejiang Provincial Major Research and Development Program. He has published over 110 articles as the first or corresponding author, including 62 SCI-indexed papers in top-tier journals such as Ophthalmology, Am J Ophthalmol, Mol Neurodegener, and Br J Ophthalmol. His publications have garnered 1,066 independent citations, averaging 7.25 independent citations per paper.
