世界中医药学会联合会眼科专业委员会常务理事，中华中医药学会眼科专业委员会常务委员，中国中西医结合学会眼科专业委员会常务委员，中国民族医药学会眼科专业委员会前副主任委员，中国针灸学会会员，天津眼科学会会员，天津市中西医结合学会眼科专业委员会前主任委员。河北省中医药学会眼科专业委员会名誉委员。《中国中医眼科杂志》、《天津中医药杂志》等期刊杂志编委。
从事中医、中西医结合眼科工作45年，以中西医结合治疗各类眼科疑难病为特色，在针刺治疗眼病方面尤有专长。完成科研课题7项，4项获天津市科技进步奖。参编医学专著、中西医结合眼科研究生及本科教材多部。发表论文数十篇，科普文章百余篇。曾举办四届“针刺治疗眼底学习班”，多次赴美国、马来西亚等国讲学及会诊。

Honorary Member of the Ophthalmology Professional Committee of the Hebei Provincial Chinese Medicine Society. Editorial Board Member of "Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ophthalmology" and "Tianjin Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine".
Having been engaged in traditional Chinese and integrated Chinese and Western medicine ophthalmology for 45 years, specializing in the treatment of various ophthalmic difficult diseases through a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Completed 7 research projects, 4 of which won the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Awards. Participated in the compilation of multiple medical monographs, integrated Chinese and Western medicine ophthalmology graduate and undergraduate textbooks. Published dozens of papers and over a hundred popular science articles. Hosted four "Acupuncture Treatment for Fundus Diseases Training Courses", and delivered lectures and conducted consultations in multiple countries such as the United States and Malaysia.
