医学博士，主任医师，博士生导师，博士后合作导师；全国第五批名老中医学术继承人，师从唐由之国医大师；首届全国中医药创新骨干人才，师从谢立科名中医；眼科医院高水平医院建设“领军人才”项目负责人，第六届“国之名医·优秀风范”称号获得者。擅长玻璃体视网膜手术、前后联合手术、复杂白内障、眼外伤等显微外科手术及中西医结合治疗眼底出血性疾病；重点研究视网膜血管疾病及神经修复的基础与临床。传承唐由之“气血理论”，自拟“益气养血地黄汤”促进视网膜脱离术后视功能恢复。传承谢立科祛积通络法，创新性提出络治法治疗RVO；团队运用通窍活血明目法治疗超过6小时的RAO，临床疗效显著；传承谢立科疏肝养阴法，运用逍生散调控干眼局部微环境。主持国家级及省部级课题20余项，发表论文160余篇，其中SCI 20篇；作为主要起草人制定20部中医眼科国际指南、专家共识；主编或副主编专著6部。研究成果获中国中西医结合学会科学技术一等奖等共11项科技奖励。

XiaoFeng HAO is a medical doctor, chief physician, doctoral supervisor, and postdoctoral co-supervisor. She is a National Fifth-Batch Academic Inheritor of Renowned TCM Physicians, under the mentorship of TCM Master Tang Youzhi, and a First-Batch National Innovation Backbone Talent in TCM, mentored by renowned TCM physician Xie Like. She serves as the Principal Investigator of the “Leading Talent” project for the high-level construction of the Eye Hospital and is the recipient of the Sixth “National Famous Physician · Excellent Demeanor” Award. She is skilled in vitreoretinal surgery, combined anterior-posterior segment surgery, complex cataract surgery, and ocular trauma microsurgery, as well as integrated TCM and Western medicine therapy for fundus hemorrhagic diseases. Her research focuses on basic and clinical studies of retinal vascular diseases and nerve repair. Inheriting Tang Youzhi’s “Qi and Blood” theory, she developed the Yiqi Yangxue Dihuang Decoction to promote visual function recovery after retinal detachment surgery. Inheriting Xie Like’s Quji Tongluo method, she innovatively proposed the collateral therapy for RVO. Her team has achieved remarkable clinical efficacy in treating RAO for over six hours using the Tongqiao Huoxue Mingmu method. Inheriting Xie Like’s Shugan Yangyin method, she applies Xiaosheng powder to regulate the ocular surface microenvironment in treating dry eye. She has presided over more than 20 national and provincial research projects, published over 160 papers (20 SCI), served as a main drafter in formulating 20 international TCM ophthalmology guidelines and expert consensuses, and edited 6 monographs as editor-in-chief or associate editor. Her achievements have won 11 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards including the First Prize of the Chinese Association of Integrated TCM and Western Medicine.
