眼科主任医师，博士研究生导师，原广州中医药大学第一附属医院眼科主任，现为北京同仁医院眼中西医结合学科带头人，眼中医科主任。
现任广东省视光学会中西医结合专委会主任委员、广东省中医药学会眼科专委会副主任委员、广东省中西医结合学会眼科专委会副主任委员、广东省儿童青少年近视防控和视力健康专家指导委员会副主任委员，广东省眼健康协会中西医结合专业委员会副主任委员、广州白云政协委员等多个职务。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等数个课题，发表相关学术论文数十篇。先后获得“岭南名医”、“广州市三八红旗手”、“广州好人”、“羊城好医生”等多项荣誉及称号。
注重发挥中西医结合优势，将中医整体辩证治疗与现代医学检查及治疗有机结合起来。在中西医结合治疗各种眼底出血性病变、视神经病变、黄斑变性、近视、斜弱视、葡萄膜炎等方面独具特色，同时在白内障青光眼、眼外伤玻璃体视网膜疾病、眼部整形等手术方面均处于行业领先水平。

Ophthalmology chief physician, doctoral supervisor, leader of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine department at Beijing Tongren Hospital, and director of the ophthalmology department of traditional Chinese medicine.
She currently holds multiple positions, including the Chairwoman of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Special Committee of the Guangdong Optometry Society, the Vice Chairwoman of the Ophthalmology Special Committee of the Guangdong Traditional Chinese Medicine Association, the Vice Chairwoman of the Ophthalmology Special Committee of the Guangdong Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Association, the Vice Chairwoman of the Guangdong Expert Guidance Committee for Myopia Prevention and Vision Health of Children and Adolescents, the Vice Chairwoman of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Special Committee of the Guangdong Eye Health Association, and a member of the Guangzhou Baiyun Political Consultative Conference. She has presided over several projects, including general projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published dozens of relevant academic papers. She has successively received numerous honors and titles, such as "Lingnan Famous Doctor", "Guangzhou March 8 Red Banner Pacesetter", "Guangzhou Good Person", and "Yangcheng Good Doctor".
She emphasizes the integration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Western medicine, seamlessly combining TCM's holistic dialectical treatment with modern medical examinations and treatments. She stands out in the treatment of various ocular fundus hemorrhagic lesions, optic nerve lesions, macular degeneration, myopia, strabismus and amblyopia, and uveitis through this integrated approach. Additionally, she is at the forefront of surgeries for cataracts, glaucoma, ocular trauma, vitreoretinal diseases, and ocular plastic surgeries.
