U.S. and 2 European patents) and has led the drafting of two group standards. He has contributed as a co-author
to a nationally designated key publication during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period and a national "Fourteenth
Five-Year Plan" textbook, and served as Associate Editor for the first national textbook on Introduction to On-Chip
Brain-Computer Interfaces. As Chief Scientist, he leads a National Key Research and Development Program
(funded at 20 million RMB), and also serves as Principal Investigator for several projects including an innovative program from the JKW (Science and Technology Commission of the Central Military Commission) and General Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is the recipient of 10 awards, including first prize of the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award and first prize of the JKW Yuanchuang Cup as the lead recipient. He has been recognized under the Tianjin Distinguished Young Scholar and National Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Program.
