在国际上首次命名结膜粘液基质瘤(Conjunctival myxoid stromal tumour),发明气泡广角镜系统,改进羊膜、结膜、虹膜、睫状体、人工晶状体的系列缝合技术。以第一或通讯作者在JAMA Ophthalmology、BJO、Retina、Cornea等SCI收录期刊发表专业论文40多篇。获得国家专利5项。主编眼科专著1部,译著2部,编写研究生教育规划等教材8部。

Granted 5 national patents. Chief editor of 1 ophthalmology monograph, translator of 2 books, and contributor to 8 textbooks including postgraduate education planning textbooks.
