清华大学电子工程系学士、硕士，拥有十余年医疗健康领域创业及研发经验，曾主持开发十几款国内领先的智慧医疗设备。现任深圳科创学院项目中心（项目合作中心）负责人，主要负责科创营、创业孵化、高校合作及青年创业者赋能等工作。他长期致力于硬科技创业与青年创业者成长，强调热爱与决心是创业的核心驱动力，倡导“伙伴比完美的想法更珍贵”，并总结出年轻人创业的五大要点：有梦想、有热情，多学科交叉，好奇心与行动力，强大学习能力，以及创业的彻底性。2025年以来，他主导了多期科创营活动，并在北京科技大学、哈尔滨工业大学、南方医科大学等高校开展创业分享与交流

Zhang Taotao holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University. With over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship and R&D in the healthcare sector, he has led the development of more than a dozen domestically leading smart medical devices. He currently serves as the Head of the Project Center (also referred to as Project Cooperation Center) at Shenzhen InnoX Academy, where he is primarily responsible for the InnoX Camp, startup incubation, university partnerships, and youth entrepreneur empowerment. He is a long-time advocate for deep-tech entrepreneurship and the growth of young founders. He emphasizes that passion and determination are the core drivers to overcome the hardships of entrepreneurship, and that “partners are more precious than a perfect idea.” He has summarized five key principles for young entrepreneurs: having dreams and passion; interdisciplinary backgrounds; curiosity and swift action; strong learning ability; and total commitment to entrepreneurship. Since 2025, he has led several InnoX Camp sessions and conducted entrepreneurship sharing and exchange activities at universities including University of Science and Technology Beijing, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Southern Medical University
