石锐，中共党员，临床医学博士，骨外科主任医师。现任四川大学华西医院信息与数据管理部部长、四川大学华西医院医学人工智能实验室主任。历经临床专业，医院管理，信息建设多岗锻炼，具备“临床-管理-信息”的复合型视野。在信息化建设方面，牵头制定并实施华西医院数字化转型和集团化信息建设规划，推动医院顺利通过国家卫健委电子病历六级评审及四川省智慧医院七星评级，深耕医院人工智能发展，主导建设存储与超算集群，牵头打造“华西黉医”医学大模型，同时主持升级华西院信息基础设施及大数据中心建设。兼任中国医院协会医学人工智能专业委员会常务委员、中国医学装备协会医院物联网分会第二届常务委员、四川省医学会医学信息专业委员会主任委员、四川省医院协会信息化建设分会副会长兼秘书长、四川省卫生信息学会第五届理事会副会长等多个学术职务，受聘为四川省卫生健康信息中心智慧医院评价专家，同时入选四川省“卫生健康英才计划”中青年骨干人才。

Rui Shi, M.D., a member of the Communist Party of China, a Chief Physician of Orthopedic Surgery, currently serves as the Director of the Department of Information and Data Management and Director of the Medical AI Laboratory at West China Hospital of Sichuan University.

With extensive experience across clinical practice, hospital administration, and IT construction, Dr. Shi brings a distinctive "Clinical–Management–IT" interdisciplinary perspective to healthcare innovation. He led the formulation and implementation of the digital transformation and group-wide information system strategy of the West China Hospital, guiding it to achieve the Level 6 Electronic Medical Record rating from National Health Commission and the highest 7-star rating of Smart Hospital Evaluation in Sichuan . Deeply committed to advancing medical AI, he directed the construction of storage and supercomputing clusters, served as the chief architect of the “Huaxi Hongyi”Medical Large Language Model, and led upgrades to the IT infrastructure and data center.

Dr. Shi holds multiple academic leadership positions, including Standing Committee Member of Chinese Hospital Association Medical Artificial Intelligence Specialized Committee, Standing Committee Member of the Hospital IoT Branch of CAME, Chairman of the Medical Information Professional Committee of the Sichuan Medical Association, Vice President and Secretary-General of the IT Construction Branch of the Sichuan Hospital Association, Vice President of the Health Information Association of Sichuan Province. Additionally, he is an accredited Smart Hospital Evaluation Expert at the Sichuan Provincial Health Information Center, and has been named a Young Core Talent under the Sichuan Health Excellence Program.
