黄锦海，复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院教授、主任医师、上海市特聘教授、上海市优秀学术带头人、博导/博后合作导师。现任医工交叉创新研究院常务副院长、眼科研究院副院长、视光学科副主任、上海市眼视光学研究中心副主任。以通讯作者在CNS子刊发表SCI论文7篇、Nature Index 16篇、封面/亮点论文21篇、IF＞10分论文21篇。在国际上提出和建立跨上皮角膜交联新学说，是新型跨上皮圆锥角膜治疗术发明人。他是省级优秀卫生高层次人才、复旦大学高层次引进人才、复旦大学十佳医务工作者。他于2021/2022/2023/2024年连续入选全球前2%顶尖科学家（World's Top 2% Scientists）。入选中国眼科专家学术影响力Top 100强专家，“全球角膜生物测量领域专家”的国际排名（Expertscape）位列第18位，中国第1位。主持科技部重点研发课题、国家自然基金面上等20多项。他担任国际转化医学会眼科专业委员会ITM副主任委员、中国医药教育协会眼科影像与智能医疗委员会副主任委员、中国医学装备协会眼科创新诊疗技术与装备学组副组长、中国医学装备协会检验检测学组副副组长。他首次提出并建立了SS-OCT作为新的眼科生物测量技术“金标准”。主编/译、编/译委在人民卫生出版社等出版的眼科专著20部。获得欧洲CE产品证书1件，授权国际发明专利1项，国家发明专利6项。

Jinhai Huang, Professor, Chief Physician, Shanghai Distinguished Professor, Shanghai Excellent Academic Leader, and Doctoral/Postdoctoral Supervisor at the Eye and ENT Hospital of Fudan University. He currently serves as the Executive Vice Dean of the Institute of Med-X Research and Innovation, Vice Dean of the Ophthalmic Research Institute, Vice Director of the Department of Ophthalmology and Optometry, and Vice Director of the Shanghai Eye and Optometry Research Center. As the corresponding author, he has published 7 SCI papers in CNS sub-journals, 16 papers in Nature Index, 21 cover/highlight papers, and 21 papers with IF > 10. Globally, he proposed and established the new theory of transepithelial corneal cross-linking, and he is the inventor of a novel transepithelial keratoconus treatment. He is a Provincial Excellent High-Level Health Talent, a High-Level Introduced Talent of Fudan University, and one of the Top 10 Medical Workers of Fudan University. He was consecutively selected as one of the World's Top 2% Scientists in 2021/2022/2023/2024. He is listed among the Top 100 Experts in Academic Influence of Chinese Ophthalmologists, ranking 18th globally and 1st in China in the international ranking of "Experts in Corneal Biometry" (Expertscape).
