周佳玮,中国医疗保健国际交流促进会常务理事、视觉健康医学分会秘书长，美国视觉发展与康复协会高级会员(OVDRA Fellow)，中国残疾人康复协会康复工程与辅助技术专业委员会常务委员，中国医疗器械行业协会视觉与听觉健康产业技术分会常务理事等。

主要以视觉心理物理学方法，研究功能性眼病诊疗策略，视觉康复，健康照明与显示等视觉认知问题。获浙江省自然科学基金“杰出青年”项目、国家自然科学基金（3）、国家重点研发计划课题、国家军科委、教育部、人社部、中国医学科学院等国家/省部级项目，在eLife, IOVS等在内的国际知名学术期刊发表SCI/SSCI论文120余篇。受邀为the Lancet评审及撰写特邀评论文章。入选浙江省“万人计划”青年拔尖人才、浙江省卫生创新人才、温州市“瓯越特支计划”杰出人才等。获教育部科学进步奖二等奖（2023年），浙江省自然科学奖三等奖（2023年；排名第一）。

Dr. Jiawei Zhou holds several positions in professional societies, including Executive Director of the China Association for International Exchange of Medical and Health Care and Secretary-General of its Visual Health Medical Branch; Fellow of the Optical Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association (OVDRA); Standing Committee Member of the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Professional Committee of the China Association of Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities; and Executive Director of the Visual and Auditory Health Industry Technology Branch of the China Medical Devices Industry Association.

His research primarily focuses on visual cognitive issues—including diagnostic and treatment strategies for functional eye diseases, visual rehabilitation, and healthy lighting and displays—using visual psychophysical methods. He has secured funding from the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation “Outstanding Young Scholar” Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (3 grants), the National Key Research and Development Program, as well as national and provincial-level projects from the State Military Science Commission, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. He has published over 120 SCI/SSCI papers in internationally renowned academic journals, including eLife and IOVS. He has been invited to serve as a reviewer for The Lancet and to write invited commentary articles. He has been selected as a Young Top Talent under Zhejiang Province’s “Ten Thousand Talents Plan,” a Zhejiang Provincial Health Innovation Talent, and an Outstanding Talent under Wenzhou’s “Ouyue Special Support Plan.” He received the Second Prize of the Ministry of Education’s Science and Technology Progress Award (2023) and the Third Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Award (2023; first author).
