陈江帆,温州医科大学眼视光学院教授、国家“千人计划”创新人才特聘专家, 曾任哈佛大学医学院助理教授(2000),波士顿大学医学院教授(2010)。长期致力于腺苷受体分子药理学的研究,在确立腺苷 A2A受体拮抗剂治疗帕金森氏病的全新治疗策略有关键贡献。作为科学顾问参与A2A受体拮抗剂治疗帕金森氏病临床药物开发20余年,2019年9月获美国FDA批准。2016年至今,作为视觉健康全国重点实验室眼-脑互作方向科学家,开展构建单细胞水平眼-全脑连接谱,探索光刺激调控脑功能,研发靶向视网膜的脑病诊断技术,获得国家自然科学基金重点项目(2016, 2024)、外国资深学者研究基金、原创探索计划,“脑科学与类脑研究”等支持。先后在Nature Medicine,Cell Research等刊物上共发表220余篇论著, 被引用>22000次, H因子82。
Jiangfan Chen Professor of School of Optometry, Wenzhou Medical University, Distinguished Expert of Innovative Talents of the National "Thousand Talents Program", former Assistant Professor of Harvard Medical School (2000) and Professor of Boston University School of Medicine (2010). He has been committed to the research of adenosine receptor molecular pharmacology for a long time, and has made key contributions to the establishment of a new therapeutic strategy for adenosine A2A receptor antagonists in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. As a scientific consultant, he has participated in the clinical drug development of A2A receptor antagonists for the treatment of Parkinson's disease for more than 20 years, and was approved by the US FDA in September 2019. Since 2016, as a scientist in the direction of eye-brain interaction in the National Key Laboratory of Visual Health, he has carried out the construction of single-cell horizontal eye-whole brain connection spectrum, explored the regulation of brain function by light stimulation, and developed the diagnostic technology of encephalopathy targeting the retina. He has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (2016, 2024), the Research Fund of Foreign Senior Scholars, the Original Exploration Program, and "Brain Science and Brain-like Research". He has published more than 220 articles in Nature Medicine, Cell Research and other journals, and has been cited more than 22000 times, with an H factor of 82.
