黄小明 温州医科大学附属眼视光医院视觉评估功能专科主任，主任医师，中国医师协会临床视光及眼保健学组副组长，中国医学装备协会适宜技术分会副主任委员、全国眼视光标准化技术委员会眼科光学分会委员、中华预防医学会健康生活方式和社区医疗专家委员会委员，人民卫生出版社眼视光技术教材评审专家，发表SCI等论文几十篇，主要从事眼视光临床诊疗、视光中心的建设和管理、眼视光教育及培训。

Huang Xiaoming,  Director Department ofEye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Deputy Leader of Clinical Optometry and Eye Health Group of China Medical Doctor Association, Deputy Chairman of Suitable Technology Branch of China Medical Equipment Association, and Member of Ophthalmic Optics Branch of National Ophthalmology Standardization Technical Committee Member of the Health Lifestyle and Community Medical Expert Committee of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, expert in the evaluation of optometry technical textbooks of the People's Health Publishing House, published dozens SCI papers. Compiled several books and served as the editor in chief. Mainly engaged in optometry clinical diagnosis and treatment, construction and management of optometry centers, optometry education and training.
