Dr. Xu is a member of the Optometry Professional Committee of the Chinese Female Physicians Association and the Ocular Systemic Diseases Group of the Chinese Physicians Association. Additionally, she serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Blindness Prevention Branch of the Zhejiang Medical Association and an Expert Committee Member of the Zhejiang Eye Health Guidance Center. Dr. Xu is also a Committee Member of the Youth Committee of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Zhejiang Medical Association.Furthermore, she holds key roles as the Principal Responsible Person and Chief Lecturer of the China Cataract Training Pilot Project at the HelpMeSee Foundation. She participated as one of the technical backbones in the "Bright Eyes Project," which was honored with the "Most Influential Project" award at the China Charity Awards.Dr. Xu has received several accolades, including recognition as an Outstanding Young Physician of Zhejiang Province, an Outstanding Member of the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and an Advanced Individual in Charity Medical Assistance in Wenzhou City. She has also been acknowledged as one of the Most Beautiful Women in Wenzhou, a Good Samaritan in Wenzhou, a Famous Physician in Wenzhou, and an Outstanding Educator in Wenzhou City.
Additionally, Dr. Xu has contributed to the publication of national-level textbooks, having co-authored and published one textbook while being involved in the editing of two others.
