美国Bascom Palmer眼科中心、纽约州立大学、香港大学进修访问学者，眼科学博士，副教授，教育部首批课程思政教学名师，教育部眼视光医学专业教指委秘书长，中华医学会医学教育分会青委，国家卫健委眼视光技术职称考试专家委员会委员，浙江省医学会教育分会委员，浙江省医师协会医师教育分会委员，浙江省住培质控中心委员。

主持和参与教育部和省级教学研究项目、自然科学基金，主编和参编6部教材和专著，入选国家级一流课程，编写眼视光智慧知识图谱，建立四阶五段眼科显微手术教学模式，获中华医学科技二等奖、省科技进步一等奖、国家教学成果二等奖；指导学生获全国大学生挑战杯竞赛金奖。
