张运红，中国标准化研究院副研究员，清华大学博士后，国家市场监督管理总局人因与工效学重点实验室人因与智能交互研究中心主任，现任ISO/TC159注册专家，IEEE/CTS/SDSC智能终端标准化技术委员会委员，产业与技术咨询委员会专家，智能终端人因与工效学工作组主席；可穿戴支付服务安全规范工作组副主席；SID（国际信息显示学会）北京分会技术委员会委员，中国用户体验联盟副理事长，全国TC547/SC1是全国电子显示器件标准化技术委员激光显示器件分技术委员会委员，工业和信息化部信息技术与电子产品用户体验标准化技术委员会委员。中国人类工效学学会智能穿戴与服装人因工程专业委员会理事，SID（国际信息显示学会）北京分会技术委员会委员，显示与视觉健康创新分会理事，中国心理学服务标准化技术委员会委员等。作为智能终端人因与工效学工作组主席和汽车显示工效学工作组主席主持IEEE国际标准3项；作为可穿戴支付服务安全规范工作组副主席参与主持IEEE标准1项。主持或参与国家标准及团体标准40项，发表论文40余篇，其中SCI/EI检索33篇；获得专利授权50项，软件著作权20项，出版专著2项。主持国家重点研发计划课题3项，服务企业项目80余项。获得民营科技发展贡献科技进步奖一等奖1项，国家市场监督管理总局科技进步二等奖1项，中国标准化研究院科技进步二等奖1项、标准创新贡献奖2项，获得国家市场监督管理总局科普实验展演一等奖1项，二等奖1项。

Zhang Yunhong is an Associate Researcher at the China National Institute of Standardization and a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University. He serves as Director of the Human Factors and Intelligent Interaction Research Center at the Key Laboratory of Human Factors and Ergonomics under the State Administration for Market Regulation. He is currently a registered expert for ISO/TC159, a member of the IEEE/CTS/SDSC Technical Committee on Smart Device Standardization, an expert on the Industry and Technology Advisory Committee, and Chair of the Smart Device Human Factors and Ergonomics Working Group; he also serves as Vice Chair of the Working Group on Security Specifications for Wearable Payment Services; Member of the Technical Committee of the SID (Society for Information Display) Beijing Chapter; Vice Chairman of the China User Experience Alliance; Member of the Laser Display Subcommittee of the National Technical Committee TC547/SC1 for Electronic Display Devices Standardization; and Member of the Technical Committee for User Experience Standardization of Information Technology and Electronic Products under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Council Member of the Smart Wearables and Apparel Ergonomics Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Human Factors and Ergonomics; Member of the Technical Committee of the SID (Society for Information Display) Beijing Chapter; Council Member of the Display and Visual Health Innovation Branch; Member of the China Standardization Technical Committee for Psychological Services; etc. As Chair of the Smart Terminal Human Factors and Ergonomics Working Group and the Automotive Display Ergonomics Working Group, he has led the development of three IEEE international standards; as Vice Chair of the Wearable Payment Service Security Specifications Working Group, he has co-led the development of one IEEE standard. He has led or participated in the development of 40 national and industry standards, published over 40 papers (33 of which are indexed in SCI/EI), obtained 50 patent authorizations and 20 software copyrights, and authored two monographs. He has led three projects under the National Key Research and Development Program and served on over 80 corporate projects. He has received one First Prize in the Science and Technology Progress Award for Contributions to Private-Sector Technology Development, one Second Prize in the Science and Technology Progress Award from the State Administration for Market Regulation, one Second Prize in the Science and Technology Progress Award and two Standard Innovation Contribution Awards from the China National Institute of Standardization, as well as one First Prize and one Second Prize in the Science Popularization Experimental Exhibition organized by the State Administration for Market Regulation.
