杨滢瑞，河南省人民医院国际医疗中心主任；副主任护师、硕士生导师、中华护理学会眼科护理专委会委员、中国老年医学会眼科分会委员、河南省预防医学会公共卫生专业委员会眼科专业委员会委员。

    主持、 参与课题10项，发表论文二十余篇，主编书籍6部，获河南省医学科技进步奖一等奖一项。主持的品管圈获得第七届全国医院品管圈大赛特等奖、亚洲医疗质量改进与创新优秀案例一等奖、中国质量协会质量技术奖等多项荣誉。

She has presided over and participated in 10 research projects, published more than 20 papers, and edited 6 books. She has won a first prize of Henan Provincial Medical Science and Technology Progress Award. The Quality Control Circle (QCC) she led has received numerous honors, including the Grand Prize in the 7th National Hospital QCC Competition, the First Prize for Excellent Cases in Asian Healthcare Quality Improvement and Innovation, and the Quality Technology Award of the China Quality Association.
