刘华，硕士研究生导师，天津医科大学眼科医院，护理部主任。研究方向为眼科护理管理。中华护理学会日间手术护理专业委员会秘书、天津护理学会五官科护理专业委员会副主任委员、《天津护理》杂志编辑委员会委员。

以第一作者身份发表高水平SCI及国内核心期刊10余篇，主持和参与科研项目6项，主编及参编专著4部，以第一发明人获批发明专利1项。

Hua Liu, Master's Supervisor, Director of the Nursing Department, Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital. Her research direction is ophthalmic nursing management. She serves as Secretary of the Ambulatory Surgery Nursing Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, Vice Chairperson of the Otorhinolaryngology Nursing Committee of the Tianjin Nursing Association, and a Member of the Editorial Board of the Tianjin Journal of Nursing.

As the first author, she has published more than 10 papers in high-level SCI and domestic core journals. She has led and participated in 6 research projects, edited and co-edited 4 monographs, and has been granted 1 invention patent as the first inventor.
