施颖辉，副主任护师，硕士研究生导师，温州医科大学附属眼视光医院护理部主任，中华护理学会日间手术护理委员会专家库成员,中国老年医学会眼科分会委员、浙江省护理学会眼科护理专业委员会副主任委员、浙江省护理学会标准工作委员会委员、浙江省医院协会护理管理专业委员会委员、温州市护理学会五官科护理专业委员会主任委员、《温州医学》杂志编委。

参加工作20余年，先后从事眼科临床护理及管理、医院感染管理、温州医科大学护理学院五官科护理学教学等工作，有丰富的临床护理和教学经验。她曾副主编及参编人民卫生出版社系列教材及配套资料12本和眼科护理相关专著10余部，包括人民卫生出版社第2、3、4、5版本科教材《眼耳鼻咽喉科护理学》、《眼科消毒供应中心相关知识问答》、《眼科手术护理配合及护理操作》、《眼科护理手册》、《眼科临床安全行医指南》、《眼科日间手术管理与实践》、《五官科护理手册》全国县级医院系列实用手册等。以一作或通讯作者在SCI、中华系列学术期刊及专业核心期刊上发表学术论文10余篇。

Yinghui Shi, Associate Chief Nurse, Master's Degree Supervisor, Director of the Nursing Department at the Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Expert Pool Member of the Ambulatory Surgery Nursing Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, Committee Member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, Vice Chairperson of the Ophthalmic Nursing Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Nursing Association, Committee Member of the Standardization Working Committee of the Zhejiang Nursing Association, Committee Member of the Nursing Management Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Hospital Association, Chairperson of the Otolaryngology Nursing Professional Committee of the Wenzhou Nursing Association, and Editorial Board Member of the Wenzhou Medical Journal.

She has nursing experience over 20 years, and engaged in ophthalmic clinical nursing and management, infection control and eye & ENT department of Wenzhou Medical University Nursing School teaching continuously. She has abundant experience of clinical nursing and teaching. She authored and co-authored education monographs e.g. the 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th edition of EENT & Stomatology Nursing, Handbook of Ophthalmologic Nursing, Handbook of EENT Nursing. She has published more than 10 academic papers in SCI, Chinese academic journals and professional core journals.
