Campus)的招生推广、品牌建设及战略合作伙伴发展规划。
除在纽约州立大学视光学院的职务外,阿尔贝托博士还曾在匹兹堡大学(University of
Pittsburgh)教育学博士(Ed.D.)项目中联合讲授《教育政策》课程,结合其丰富的行业实操经验,分享关于教育领导力与组织变革的独到见解。他的学术研究与专业兴趣聚焦于高等教育管理中的文化回应性实践(culturally
responsive practices)、学生入学机会与教育公平、全球参与以及高等教育组织运营效能提升等核心议题。此外,他还是《高等教育运营效能提升十步法:管理者手册》一书的联合作者。
阿尔贝托博士毕业于匹兹堡大学,获教育学博士学位,其博士论文聚焦于如何通过文化回应性策略促进多元化发展并扩大教育机会。此前,他曾获得纽约城市大学高等教育管理硕士学位,以及纽约州立大学布法罗分校心理学学士学位。

Christian Alberto, Ed.D., is the Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management at the SUNY College of Optometry, where he brings more than a decade of experience leading holistic admissions, recruitment, enrollment, and orientation initiatives while advancing equity, inclusion, and global perspectives in higher education. A data-driven scholarly practitioner, he serves on the Institutional Research and Planning Committee and recently led the development of a recruitment, branding, and strategic partnerships plan for SUNY Optometry’s forthcoming Upstate campus. Beyond SUNY, Dr. Alberto has co-taught an Educational Policy course in the University of Pittsburgh’s Ed.D. program, sharing practitioner-based insights on leadership and organizational change in education. His scholarship and professional interests center on culturally responsive practices, student access, global engagement, and operational effectiveness in higher education administration. He is also a contributing author to Ten Steps Toward Greater Operational Efficiency in Higher Education: An Administrator Playbook. Dr. Alberto earned his Ed.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, where his dissertation examined culturally responsive strategies for advancing diversity and expanding educational opportunities. He also holds an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from CUNY and a B.A. in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. A 2022 SUNY Hispanic Leadership Institute Fellow, Dr. Alberto is committed to advancing institutions, empowering teams, and helping students unlock and realize their full potential.
