张弘，主任医师，博士研究生导师。龙江学者特聘教授、龙江工匠、首届龙江名医、黑龙江省杰出青年、黑龙江省高校新世纪人才、哈尔滨医科大学星联教授、人民好医生。

 

现任哈尔滨医科大学眼视光学院院长，哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院副院长，哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院眼科分院党总支书记兼学科带头人，眼科学教研室主任。主要学术兼职：中华医学会眼科学分会第十三届委员、第十二届青年委员会副主任委员，中华医学会眼科学分会角膜病专业委员会委员；中国民族卫生协会眼学科分会视光专家委员会主任委员；并担任其他学术职务二十余项。

 

在科研与临床方面，主持科研项目40余项，其中国家级项目7项（含国家自然科学基金重点项目）；发表国内外学术论文百余篇，主编或参编教材及专著15部；获专利及科技成果奖励30余项。累计完成手术三万余例，参与十余项眼科专家共识与指南的修订和撰写。培养博士及硕士研究生76名（含国际留学生）。

Dr. Hong Zhang is a Chief Physician and Doctoral Supervisor. She has been recognized as a Longjiang Distinguished Professor, Longjiang Artisan, one of the inaugural Longjiang Renowned Doctors, an Outstanding Youth of Heilongjiang Province, a New Century Talent of Heilongjiang Universities, a Star-Link Professor of Harbin Medical University, and a People’s Good Doctor.

 

Dr. Zhang currently serves as Dean of the School of Optometry at Harbin Medical University, Vice President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, Secretary of the Party Branch and Discipline Leader of the Ophthalmology Branch Hospital, and Director of the Ophthalmology Teaching and Research Office. His major academic appointments include Member of the 13th Committee and former Vice Chair of the 12th Youth Committee of the Chinese Ophthalmological Society, Member of the Corneal Disease Subspecialty Group, and Chair of the Optometry Expert Committee of the Eye Branch, China National Health Association. She also holds over 20 other academic positions.

 

Dr. Zhang has led more than 40 research projects, including 7 national-level grants such as a key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers and 15 textbooks or monographs, and has been awarded over 30 patents and scientific/technological awards. Having performed more than 30,000 surgical procedures, she has contributed to the development of over 10 national expert consensus statements and clinical guidelines in ophthalmology. She has also supervised 76 doctoral and master’s students, including international candidates.
