2011年2月-2012年2月美国眼表研究与教育中心 (OSREF) 访问学者,2016年11月美国LUSK眼科中心进修角膜内皮移植术,2023年7月访问德国埃尔朗根-纽伦堡大学眼科中心。主要研究方向:角膜病及眼表疾病,角膜缘干细胞微环境调控与再生,角膜缘类器官的体外构建及应用,眼库技术。累计完成角膜移植手术2000余例。主持国家自然科学基金4项,省部级课题7项,作为第一或通讯作者在Nature Communications,Adv Funct Mater,Chemical Engineering Journal,IOVS等杂志发表学术论文72篇(其中SCI期刊34篇),授权专利10项(发明4项,实用新型6项)。
From February 2011 to February 2012, he was a visiting scholar at the Ocular Surface Research and Education Foundation (OSREF) in the United States. In November 2016, he/she received advanced training in corneal endothelial keratoplasty at the LUSK Eye Center in the United States, and in July 2023, visited the Eye Center of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. His main research interests include corneal and ocular surface diseases, regulation and regeneration of the limbal stem cell microenvironment, in vitro construction and application of limbal organoids, and eye banking technologies. He has performed more than 2,000 corneal transplantation surgeries. He has led four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and seven provincial or ministerial-level research projects. As first or corresponding author, he/she has published 72 academic papers in journals including Nature Communications, Advanced Functional Materials, Chemical Engineering Journal, and IOVS, including 34 SCI-indexed papers. He holds 10 authorized patents, including 4 invention patents and 6 utility model patents.
