陈蔚，二级教授，主任医师，博导，国务院特殊津贴专家。现任温州医科大学眼视光科技创新平台联合中心主任、温州医科大学附属眼视光医院副院长、海南眼视光眼科医院首席医疗专家，国际泪膜和眼表学会（TFOS）全球理事会常务理事和中国分会主席，亚洲干眼学会创始理事。获 第六届“国之名医”、浙江省万人计划领军人才等荣誉，第一排名获浙江省科技进步二等奖。主持国家科技部重点研发计划及国自然基金项目6项，以第一和通讯作者在Nature Communications, Genome Medicine, NPJ Digital Medicine, Advanced Functional Materials, The Ocular Surface, Cell Reports Medicine, Mucosal Immunology, AJO和IOVS等发表SCI文章110篇，获授权中日美等国发明专利 25 项，牵头研发创新医疗器械-非接触角膜知觉仪、干眼理疗仪和生物角膜等三项医疗器械上市，在博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区开展特许引进波士顿人工角膜、人工虹膜等 20多项国内首例手术，带领团队开展全蔡司二代新全飞屈光手术设备 、CATALYST飞秒白内障手术设备和药械等真实世界研究并获得八项注册上市。作为国内角膜移植数量前列的手术专家，首创闭合式穿透角膜移植和超超薄推注式内皮移植等新术式，在全球首先提出干眼和眼表疾病持续性眼表监测(COSM)概念，研发创新便携自动眼表检查设备和智能体实现干眼病全周期慢病管理模式，受邀于世界眼科大会等国际会议演讲30余次。建立国家级限制性技术角膜移植实战培训基地，培养国内外角膜移植医生 200 余名，推动技术规范化发展。
