黄悦,眼科学博士,主任医师,硕士研究生导师。天津医科大学眼科医院屈光角膜、数据统计党支部书记,屈光角膜科科主任。海峡两岸医药卫生交流协会眼科学专业委员会眼屈光及视功能疾患学组委员、国际泪膜与眼表学会中国分会(TFOS China)委员、天津市医学会眼科学分会角膜学组委员、天津市医学会眼科学分会眼视光学组委员、天津市中西医结合学会眼科专业委员会委员、天津市医疗健康学会第一届移植与健康专业委员会委员、天津市康复医学会第一届器官与组织移植康复专业委员会委员、天津市中医药学会眼科专业委员会委员。从事眼科临床工作二十余年,擅长复杂角膜眼表疾病、屈光不正和干眼的诊断与治疗。主持及参与国家自然科学基金、863课题、天津市教委等多项研究课题,发表论文40余篇,包括SCI 20篇。获天津科技进步一等奖1项,天津科技进步三等奖1项。

Member of the 1st Organ and Tissue Transplantation Rehabilitation Committee, Tianjin Rehabilitation Medicine Association;

Member of Ophthalmology Committee, Tianjin Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Engaged in clinical ophthalmology for more than 20 years. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex corneal and ocular surface diseases, refractive errors and dry eye.

She has presided over and participated in numerous research projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China, National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program) and projects funded by Tianjin Municipal Education Commission. She has published over 40 academic papers, among which 20 are SCI-indexed articles. She was awarded the First Prize and the Third Prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award respectively.
