王华、一级主任医师、教授，硕士研究生导师，湖南省人民医院眼科主任 湖南省儿童青少年近视防控技术指导中心主任。湖南省防盲办执行主任，全国防盲技术指导组专家成员，第十四届全国优秀眼科医师。

      湖南省康复医学会视觉康复专业会主任委员，湖南省医学会眼科专委会副主委委员，湖南省医学会眼科专委会眼视光学组组长，中国医师协会眼科分会全国委员，中国医师协会眼视光学专委会委员，中国医药教育协会医疗器械委员会眼科专业委员会副主任委员，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会视觉健康分会常务委员，中国生物材料学会眼科生物材料与器械分会委员，中国老年医学会眼科分会委员等。

    长期从事儿童青少年近视防控和屈光手术，是国内最早从事激光矫正近视手术的专家之一。主持和参与各项研究课题10项，发表论文50余篇，参编专著8部，发明专利3项，获湖南省医学科技进步奖三项。

Having over 20 years (since 1995) of experience specializing in refractive surgery for myopia correction, Dr. Wang is one of the earliest experts in China engaged in laser surgery for myopia correction, he also is a pioneer who carries out excimer laser refractive surgery, femtosecond laser refractive surgery and ICL implantation surgery in Hunan province, and successfully performed tens of thousands of refractive surgery for myopia correction. Dr. Wang presides over or participates in several national and provincial scientific research projects, two of them won the third prize of Medical Technology of Hunan Province. He edited 2 textbooks and 5 monographs, published over 50 relevant academic papers.
