余克明，教授、主任医师，博士生导师，中山大学中山眼科中心近视眼激光治疗科学科带头人，眼科学国家重点实验室独立PI。曾在美国接受屈光矫治手术培训、深造近三年，是国内最早开展飞秒激光屈光手术和屈光性眼内晶体（ICL）矫正超高度近视手术，全球完成全飞秒SMILE手术量最多的专家之一。擅长手术矫正近视、远视、散光及小儿屈光不正和弱视的治疗，对超高度近视等复杂屈光问题的治疗也有较深入的研究；同时建立了圆锥角膜特色团队，开展圆锥角膜全生命周期系列研究。现任中国医师协会眼科医师分会屈光手术学组委员、广东省眼健康协会屈光手术专业委员会名誉主任委员、广东省医学会激光医学分会眼科学组组长。主持承担3项国家自然科学基金面上项目、2项广东省自然科学基金项目、1项广州市科技计划项目，作为主要骨干曾获得国家科技进步二等奖1项，教育部和省科技进步一等奖各1项。发表SCI论著60余篇。

Keming Yu, Professor, Chief Physician, and Doctoral Supervisor, is the leader of the Refractive Surgery Department at the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center of Sun Yat-sen University and the independent Principal Investigator (PI) in the State Key Laboratory of Ophthalmology. He underwent refractive surgery training and further study in the United States for nearly three years. He was among the first in China to perform femtosecond laser refractive surgery and to correct ultra-high myopia with Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL). He is one of the experts who have completed the most SMILE surgeries in the world. He excels at surgical correction of myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and pediatric refractive errors and amblyopia. He has conducted in-depth research on the treatment of complex refractive issues such as ultra-high myopia. Concurrently, he established a unique team specializing in keratoconus, conducting a series of studies on keratoconus.

Prof. Yu currently serves as a member of the Refractive Surgery Group, Ophthalmologist Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association; Honorary Chair of the Refractive Surgery Council of the Guangdong Eye Health Association, and Head of the Ophthalmology Group of the Laser Medicine Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association. He has presided over three National Natural Science Foundation projects, two Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects, and one Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Plan project. As a key member, he was awarded 1 National Science & Technology Progress Second Class Award, 1 Science & Technology Progress First Class Award of the Ministry of Education, and 1 Provincial Science & Technology Progress First Class Award. He has published more than 60 peer-review papers as the first author or corresponding author.
