拥有东南大学信息科学与工程学院，德国乌尔姆大学工程科学计算机科学与心理学学院及清华大学经济管理学院硕士学位，深耕眼科领域海外市场超15年，主导迈达科技核心产品全球化布局，现任天津迈达医学科技股份有限公司总经理，党支部书记，天津医药集团产品管理委员会委员，曾获天津滨海高新区优秀党员称号，曾任高新区第二次党员代表大会代表。

Mr. Zhao Zichuan holds master’s degrees from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University; the Faculty of Engineering Sciences, Computer Science and Psychology, University of Ulm, Germany; and the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. With over 15 years of in-depth experience in the overseas ophthalmic market, he led the global layout of core products of MEDA. Currently, he serves as General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of MEDA Co., Ltd., and a member of the Product Management Committee of Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group. He was awarded the title of Outstanding Communist Party Member of Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone and once served as a delegate to the Second Congress of Party Members of the High-tech Zone.
