张丽霞，主任医师，博士研究生导师，博士后合作导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，国家卫健委健康科普专家，首都中青年名中医，全国五运六气高级师资讲师，北京中医药五运六气四级临床人才，北京中西医结合学会眼科专业委员会主任委员，中华中医药学会眼科分会副主任委员，中国中医药研究促进会眼科分会副会长，中国医师协会中医师分会常务委员兼总干事等。师从廖品正国医大师、龙砂医学流派代表性传承人顾植山教授和首都国医名师高健生研究员。基于天人同律，提出“律态和稳”论，以顺天应时、辨时辨证、审象握机为指导，构建脑目全身稳态，天人同调、共病同治。主要研究方向青光眼、近视、神经眼科和眼底病等，擅长“天人合一”针药并用共病同治眼科疑难杂病。发表论文140余篇，以第一或通讯作者发表论文80余篇，主持科技部重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等20余项，科技获奖17项，获商标注册14项，软件著作权5项，发明专利3项，实用新型专利1项。

Zhang Lixia, Chief Physician, PhD supervisor, postdoctoral mentor, recipient of the State Council’s Special Government Allowance, health science popularization expert for the National Health Commission, Capital City’s Distinguished Young and Middle-Aged Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, senior instructor for the National Five Movements and Six Qi Program, Level 4 clinical talent in Beijing’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Movements and Six Qi Program, Chair of the Ophthalmology Professional Committee of the Beijing Association of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine, Vice Chair of the Ophthalmology Branch of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Vice President of the Ophthalmology Branch of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research, and Standing Committee Member and Secretary-General of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctors Association. She studied under Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine Liao Pinzheng, Professor Gu Zhishan (representative inheritor of the Longsha Medical School), and Researcher Gao Jiansheng, a Capital-level Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on the principle of “harmony between heaven and humanity,” he proposed the theory of “Rhythmic State and Stability.” Guided by the principles of “following heaven and adapting to the seasons,” “differentiating seasons and patterns,” and “examining signs and seizing opportunities,” he constructs a state of stability for the brain, eyes, and the entire body, achieving harmony between heaven and humanity and the integrated treatment of concomitant diseases. His primary research areas include glaucoma, myopia, neuro-ophthalmology, and retinal diseases. He specializes in treating intractable and complex ophthalmic conditions through the “unity of heaven and humanity” approach, combining acupuncture and herbal medicine to treat concomitant diseases. He has published over 140 papers, with more than 80 as first or corresponding author. He has led over 20 research projects, including the Ministry of Science and Technology’s Key Research and Development Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has received 17 science and technology awards, secured 14 trademark registrations, 5 software copyrights, 3 invention patents, and 1 utility model patent.
