副主任药师，宁波大学硕士研究生导师，现任宁波大学附属第一医院GCP机构办公室主任、省级药品临床试验检查员。他长期深耕临床试验管理领域，擅长信息化建设、业务优化、政策研究及人工智能在临床试验中的实际应用，主导并推动了多项GCP管理系统的智能化升级，显著提升了试验运行效率与合规水平。在科研方面，他专注于生物信息学、数据挖掘、统计建模及分子对接等前沿方法，主持宁波市自然科学基金、浙江省医药课题、浙江省药学重中之重一级学科开放课题等多项科研项目；以第一作者或通讯作者发表北大核心期刊论文10余篇，并获软件著作权14项。在社会兼职方面，他担任浙江省数理医学学会数字化临床研究专业委员会委员、浙江省医师协会临床合理用药专业委员会青年委员会委员、中国医药教育协会医疗装备发展促进工作委员会委员、中国医药教育协会肿瘤临床研究培训基地委员；同时担任宁波大学、浙江药科职业大学授课教师，积极投身药学与临床研究人才培养工作。

Zhou Xuan, Deputy Chief Pharmacist, Master's Supervisor at Ningbo University, currently serves as the Director of the GCP Institution Office at The First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University and a provincial-level drug clinical trial inspector. He has long been deeply engaged in the field of clinical trial management, excelling in information system development, workflow optimization, policy research, and the practical application of artificial intelligence in clinical trials. He has led and promoted the intelligent upgrading of multiple GCP management systems, significantly improving trial operational efficiency and compliance. In research, he focuses on cutting-edge methods such as bioinformatics, data mining, statistical modeling, and molecular docking. He has served as principal investigator for multiple research projects, including those funded by the Ningbo Natural Science Foundation, the Zhejiang Provincial Medical Research Program, and the Open Research Fund of the Zhejiang Provincial Top Priority Discipline of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He has published over 10 papers as first or corresponding author in Peking University core journals and holds 14 software copyrights. Regarding professional affiliations, he serves as a member of the Digital Clinical Research Committee of Zhejiang Society of Mathematical Medicine, the Youth Committee of Rational Clinical Drug Use of Zhejiang Medical Doctor Association, the Medical Equipment Development and Promotion Committee of China Medical Education Association, and the Tumor Clinical Research Training Base Committee of China Medical Education Association. He is also a faculty member at Ningbo University and Zhejiang Pharmaceutical University, actively contributing to the training of pharmacy and clinical research professionals.
