就职于北京大学第三医院，现为药物临床试验机构中心药房负责人。主要负责中心药房的日常管理、全院临床科室及I期研究病房试验项目的药品管理及质量保障等工作，并对试验项目进行启动质控和风险评估。参与临床研究600余项，对临床试验药品管理工作有丰富的经验。

Mainly responsible for the daily management of the central pharmacy, the drug management and quality assurance of the clinical department of the whole hospital and the phase I research ward trial project, and the quality control and risk assessment of the experimental projects are initiated. Participated in more than 600 clinical studies and have rich experience in drug clinical trial management.
