深耕行业多年，累计牵头及参与数百项科技成果评价与团体标准研制咨询项目，作为核心骨干参与北京市科技成果评价试点建设工作，成效获主管部门认可；长期负责中国专利奖遴选推荐工作，助力单位荣获第二十四届中国专利奖优秀组织奖。

He is currently affiliated with the China International Association for Science and Technology Promotion, and has long been dedicated to science and technology services including standard development, scientific and technological achievement evaluation, and technological achievement transformation, with extensive experience in project coordination and industrial practical operation.

With years of in-depth engagement in the industry, he has led and participated in hundreds of consulting projects for scientific and technological achievement evaluation and association standard development. As a core member, he participated in the construction of the Beijing pilot program for scientific and technological achievement evaluation, and the outcomes of his work have been recognized by the competent authorities. He has long been responsible for the selection and recommendation of the China Patent Award, and contributed to his institution winning the Excellent Organization Award of the 24th China Patent Award.
